Who is responsible

Diego De Granda, based in Mexico City, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site.

Data I collect

When you fill out the speaking invitation form: name, email, organization, event details and your message.

How I use it

• To reply to your invitation and coordinate the event.

I don't use your data for advertising and I don't sell it.

Where it is stored

The form doesn't store data in a database. The information is sent by email through Resend and stays in my inbox. To prevent spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

Blog subscription

The newsletter subscription is handled by Substack under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data by writing to [contact email].

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify individuals.
